Classes

 

We teach a combination Ju-Jitsu, Karate, Kickboxing and Self Defence. It is taught as a combination of old-school training and modern-style self-defence! As many other martial arts, it combines combat techniques, self-defence, sport, exercise, and in all cases dealing with everyday life experience like stress, confidents, fitness and more. Martial Arts are one of the most popular hobbies in the world. Our class training will get you in shape…fast! Kaisho Martial Arts classes will teach you both armed and unarmed methods of combat.

 

The classes are formal in structure but relaxed. You won’t be expected to do one move over and over! However, Kaisho is an incredibly effective martial art so concentration and respect are required at all times.

Typically each class last for one and a half hours. Please see the calendar for any updates or changes to the schedule. Normally the first hour is based in learning specific skills from our syllabus and then the remaining time time is used for practice.
